Pros & Cons
What to like and what to consider before buying.
Pros
- Outstanding battery capacity: The 7,000 mAh battery is excellent for long days of calling, browsing, navigation and video playback.
- Fast charging: 80 W SUPERVOOC charging helps recharge the large battery quickly.
- Durable construction: IP66, IP68 and IP69 ratings provide extensive protection against dust and water under specified test conditions.
- Smooth display: The 120 Hz AMOLED panel delivers fluid scrolling and vibrant colours.
- Good everyday performance: Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 handles multitasking, productivity and many games comfortably.
- Optically stabilised main camera: OIS helps reduce blur from hand movement in photos and videos.
- Strong selfie camera: The 32 MP front camera supports 4K video recording.
- Useful connectivity features: Wi-Fi 6, NFC and dual-frequency GPS improve convenience.
Cons
- No wireless charging: Charging is limited to wired charging.
- Basic secondary camera: The 2 MP monochrome sensor offers less versatility than an ultra-wide or telephoto camera.
- No dedicated ultra-wide camera: Landscape and group photography have fewer framing options.
- Not a flagship processor: Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 is capable, but it falls behind newer flagship chips in demanding games and intensive workloads.
- No expandable storage: The phone does not offer a microSD card slot.
- Large battery adds bulk: Despite its relatively slim design, the phone weighs up to 204 g.
- No 3.5 mm headphone jack: Wired headphones require USB-C.
- Display resolution is not QHD+: It is sharp enough for everyday use, but some similarly priced phones offer higher-resolution panels.
